patrick is a software developer and self-professed nerd. he loves royela for many reasons, not the least of which is her well known talent for baking. he loves her for her persistence, her passion, and her eye for detail. but most of all he loves her because she is always royela, and there is no one else quite like her.

royela is a PR professional and all-around strange egg. she loves patrick because he understands (and tolerates) her better than anyone and will always rescue her no matter how lost she gets driving in and around montgomery county.
